Australia.

Australia produces wine in over 60 regions from Barossa, Margaret River, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. Be sure to experience the local wine bars and hatted restaurants showcasing Australian and International wines with a side of Australian hospitality.  

Latin America.

We love exploring the lesser known places for wines. From Argentina famous for Malbec to Chile, a mistaken grape led to its discovery; the Carménère.

France.

With 11 regions producing wines including Corsica, France is what every wine students starting point. From the culinary cuisine capital to Champagne, we just have to experience the centuries old traditions to its modern interpetations. 

Portugal.

A understated gem of a country producing high quality wines from ancient grape varietals including nearly extinct varietals found, using traditional techniques from foot trodden, amphorae, cement ferment and modern techniques. Unique Volcanic terroir Mount Pico, Azores to Madeira Islands and Port wines makes this country so interesting to explore.   

Italy.

One of the oldest and most diverse wine culture in the world. With 20 wine regions from the North, Central, South Italy and Islands including Sardena and Sicily, it has 500 native grapes varietals waiting to be discovered. From biodynamic and natural agriculture practices in the wineries to the Heroic viticulture, these stories and traditions are definitely worth preserving for the future generations.
